I have been going through a very stressful period in my life recently. I'm kind of ashamed to admit it, but to cope with the stress I've started smoking a little bit. I find it to be oddly calming. What is a healthier way for me to cope with my stress? Most, but not all, of it is job-related.

Ideally, I'd like an activity that provides a similar break in my day but that isn't so addictive and unhealthy.

However difficult it is to believe, the proper answer is to buy a kite and fly it for 15 minutes a day in the afternoon.
