extremely bad for anyone to notice, simply because it serves so many players in so many games that the sum of the players timings does as much to randomise the play as the RNG code.
Thus for any noticably skewed result (i.e. odd cardfall), the site would need to have commissioned some very advanced and sophisticated software.
The chances that they could do this and keep the fact a secret in the long term are just about nil.
Even if they did, the very
last thing that they are going to do is draw attention to the fact by persecuting certain players with bad cards for thousands of hands on the trot.
