how about Street Fighter sound effects like "yoga flame!" or "ai ukken!"
or
1. tell them you actually outplayed them because they should have folded to your advanced play.
2. lecture them on how they should play the person and not the cards they hold. insert some comment like "havent you seen that part of Rounders?"
3. chuckle at the comments he makes in the chat box
4. 3-bet him as much as possible
