Most guys fail because they are ignorant of the above or don't show congruence - the smart, not ugly, successful-at-work guy who doesn't understand why he can't get a girl: except he dresses poorly, has no self-confidence, can't make intelligent conversation, may be ignorant of current events, etc. No woman he randomly meets will ever believe/know he's smart and successful until he fixes those issues.

Haha yeah I deserved this after I accidentally linked NLP to flash. You should have called me out harder for always trying to dispel myths about the PUA community and then making such a glaring error.
NLP has been one of the deepest internal tools I've learned from studying pickup theory.
What I should have said is my limited exposure to Ross Jeffries' stuff leads me to believe he actually is motivated to find some sort of "magic pill" technique that anyone can learn more or less instantly and then apply with more or less instant results. I guess this is fine but it relies heavily on deeply seeded manipulation techniques and hypnosis. Even this shouldn't be called "flashy"...it's essentially trying to boil down something like the octoberman sequence so that anyone can be a practitioner.

PS I hope I'm wrong about Ross, but, whatever, everything I've read/seen of him he acts like a really immature 12 year old *shrug*.
