your whole contention is based upon your belief that the software stops you from rejoining such a table under such conditions.

yet, your belief is made obviously wrong because to commit the crime the other player must have rejoined such a table under such conditions.

It isn't possible using the software as it is intended to be used. There may be a backdoor way which a player can exploit. Support did take me seriously and said the poker team were investigating, etc. CDPoker said they would suspend his account immediately, until they realised he wasn't one of their players.
