LOL, are they really saying this? They AVERAGE 15 days? Lies! It's one thing to say the checks take up to 15 days, which is still false, but it's another to say they average 15 days. Maybe this is true because they either show up within 5 days or don't show up at all and get resent and eventually show up after 25?
