And there's the point for everyone else, Drew. How can you assert that ANYONE is actually clean at this point? Please don't waste time by saying ZOMG, look at their bodies! You don't know. No one knows. It's just not right to bash one person. They all might be doing it. I know I may be naive about this, but it all seems so stupid.

Not sure what you're asking me, but I've already said that I don't think any of the steroid cheaters belong in the Hall of Fame.

And the fact the "everybody's doing it" does not make it okay, or make it "not cheating." Bonds is singled out because he's the best player who augmented his career with roids, and because he's about the break what is arguably the most important record in sports.

Let's also note that I have said that I think Bonds should be the official home run king and that I don't think there should be any asterisks. I just don't think he belongs in the Hall of Fame.

Redbean, apparently through his close personal relationship with Bonds, has asserted that Bonds doesn't care if he goes into the Hall or not. I guess we'll have to see about that.
