Not sure how this fits into adanthar's satellite strategy, but I think you have to call here given your history at the table. You don't have enough chips to fold into the money.
Judging by your description of hte A9 v. KQ hand, it seems to me he likes to shove over any bet that would generally look like you have nothing. A late position raise certainly fits into this category, especially if you've been raising 40% in LP.
I suck at figuring out calling ranges, but I think I call with 77+, A9s+, ATo+, KQ.
