I believe in sngs you are approaching something very near significant after 2200 games (maybe not in this case since he has jumped buy ins a bit). 2200 hu sngs is probably > 100k hands also.

edit: also what i mean by significant is that it is incredibly unlikely a product of luck.

Also with the 500k-1 million hands regarding cash game play. I've never heard of a consistent winner losing over 200k hands. But this is clearly not my area of expertise as I am a donkament player who will never play a sample size large enough to know my true roi or anything close to it.
