Hmm, why would you need to go to from Thailand to New York to look at an unopened shop?

And if all this is true, and Phil had gone to the trouble of leasing a shop, I can't imagine he'd abandon the whole enterprise just because of problems with one supplier. Where is this shop and what's it called?
