Eh, y'know, I'm coming around to TT's point. Overall, yeah, this is something that the dealer should be told not to do. I was thinking more isolated incident, but he's right, it's rarely that.

My main point, that one should not flip out at something like this, sort of got crossed with TT's rather cryptic and somewhat misleading initial response. At the time, say something to the dealer. If it seems a part of dealer attitude overall more than an isolated misguided attempt to interject humor, consider talking to the floor.
