shoulda been +$37k but I dumped $12k at foxwoods earlier this month.

I went to vegas with some loot...$5k of which I was using as my "degen bankroll" aka blackjack.

Day 1:
-I've been at the hotel (TheHotel @ Mandalay) less than an hour and I hit the tables. I see a dealer all alone so I sit. 300/hand at 3 spots and rediculously tear up the first shoe. The max I was going was 400/hand. +$6k in shoe(sp?) 1. Shoe 2 was completely south from the start as dealer pulled 3 bj's in the first 5 hands. I played like 10 hands that 2nd shoe and quit +$3k.

Later on I play a quick sess starting at 300/h 3 spots again and am up/down/up/down. I have like $4k in front of me and am maybe up a grand when rwperu from 2p2 says "just go nickels." Meh, so I do. BAM BAM BAM BAM and like 30 minutes later I'm +$8.5k, $11k for the day. Good start to the trip.

Later that night a bunch of us are at Hard Rock Casino hanging out and bored as hell. My bud Rob want to go play bj or craps or w/e. So we all end up at this $15 min table/$1k max. I'm playing $400/hand 2 spots while everyone else is going the minimum lol. I start winning some and drinking more. EVERYONE else starts killing and soon the rest of the guys are going $100/hand. An hour later i'm completely bombed and going 600/hand 3 spots (smart? good strat ftw?) and am up like $5k or so. rwperu with his clairvoyant wisdom says "just go 1k." "You mean $1k, 1 spot?" "No, just go 1k's" "Like ALL THREE SPOTS???" He shrugs. I shrug. I say [censored] it. And lay down 10 stacks of black, all 3 spots. First hand i'm dealt is blackjack, double on the next one, stand on my 20 on the third. Dealer buusssssttsss. gg dealer ship the 4.5k thx. Drunk and loud as hell "that was fun let's do that again." BOOOOOOOOM I win all 3. I did like 4 more rounds of 1k/3spots after that then quit +$14.5k, $25k for the day.

So I go to cash out at the window, $18k in chips. The woman counts it all down and then places some irs form in front of me. "Sir can you just fill out this top part and sign here?" Me in plain english: "I"m not F'in signing that thing!" We bicker for a bit then I finall get my chips back and split it amongst the guys and cash it out the next day/night.

Day 2: Random bj sessions at night, +$16k

Day 3: I go downstairs alone and lose $11k. [censored] this game and tell myself i'm done forever. Period.

Day 4: Flight leaves in 3 hours. I have an hour to kill. eh, screw it. I sit down and win $10k in an hour.

Totals: +$37k
