Disclaimer: I've only played as high as the $22s ...

I'm either pushing pre flop or raising the 375 that you did if your intention is to get the chips in the middle on a non-ace flop ... If villian sucks the same as the levels I've played, and calls with nearly any ace as the previous poster stated, the 375 raise gives you SOME room to fold if an ace falls on the flop (although I'm not folding there 100% of the time - it'll depend on the read on the villian) ... I think raising to 500, as stated earlier, leaves you too short ... I'd leans towards just pushing pre flop, though ...
