Make sure u run in administrator mode (also, the same counts for PT). Right click on the icon and run as admin or modify the shortcut settings.

Maybe its a permissions issue on your pt db file? Try starting a new PT database as a test, see if that works.

pk grapher just doesnt work with vista in my experience, and i've tried kinda hard. Did anyone out there get it to work?
