online play: sng vs ring
I have a question about online play and am hoping for some imput. I am an oldtimer, been playing poker for over 30 years. I dont claim to be a superstar, but in all modesty, i have always done alright.
I play excusivly online now,sngs in the 50 dollar range are my bread and butter, but every time i play the ring games, i really struggle. Am i crazy or is the competition tougher in the rings as opposed to the sngs.Is it just a different approach that i am missing? Its real baffeling for me cause for 25 years all i knew was your basic ring games.
