I ate a scotch bonnet once for a dollar because someone warned me they were really hot (Most Scotch Bonnets have a heat rating of 150,000–325,000 Scoville Units, according to wikipedia) and I'm retarded. If you can handle the pain I'd say it's worth it in terms of the adrenaline rush and euphoria you get afterwards, my ears were sweating and one of my nipples started to itch.
