Tommy,

What;s your current opinion of Real Estate in general. Do you think were still in the early stages of this downturn in home prices? I live in NY and where prices have held up quite well actualy increased if I'm not mistaken, do you think a market such as the NY metro area will see prices drop in the next 6-12 months?
