I think the most successful internet players that play those nosebleed stakes probably have around 6-8 million. It wouldn't suprise that some have half that. I'm guessing after Brian's downswing, he's at roughly 4-5 million. Which is plenty, but definitely should be careful considering the stakes and long sessions he often plays. I personally believe that there is too much variance in poker to keep a bankroll above 10 million, especially playing nosebleed cash games.

Shouldn't the variance keep your overall bankroll well over the ammount that you decide to use in one of your sessions? I am personally a sport punter (relative new to the world of poker) and even if I am able to get odds on a certain sport result that to me look completely wrong after having evaluated the event I never bet more than 5% (some even don't go over 3%) of my entire bankroll on it. Shouldn't the same logic apply also in poker, not in the moment when you bet, but when you sit in a table and you have to decide how much money you want to have available?
