this will help a lot:
First of all, give yourself a lot of time tmw before 1:00pm... obviously it depends on how many you can do today, but leave yourself a couple hours.
Second, obviously don't sleep too much
Third, BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP TODAY... take whey protein. If your arms are killing you right now, might as well take a fat dosage now. Protein will help your muscles heal, and you won't be sore when you wake up tomorrow. Like, if you don't take protein you'll be dying. If you do take protein, you might have a dull ache.
Fourth, try to get an EpiPen and just inject yourself with adrenaline over and over
