Hand 1: Turn bet is too small. Even though you're not offering him great immediate pot odds, drawing hands will usually call that size bet for the implied odds. I would make at least a pot size bet to reduce implied odds and get more money into the pot. Definitely call the river. Probably not a good idea to raise, but folding is out of the question. The only time I would call is if the villain is one of those maniacs who starts pushing every hand the second they sit down at the table. I haven't seen much of that at NL25 though.

Hand 2: I believe calling an all-in pre-flop with anything other than a pocket pair is almost always a bad idea. That is because the opponent going all-in has a pocket pair the vast majority of the time, and it's usually a high one. Against AA or KK, you're cooked, and against any other pair all the way down to 22 you're still behind.
