Chip dumping is chip dumping, and is against all sites rules.

If his former gf complains, he will lose all money in both accounts. Stars will lock his account and seize every dollar in his account, and he'll never have a chance of getting his own money out.

Cheating may be a bit strong, as it is all his money (his word, but I have no reason to doubt his story either). However, there despite being a sticky situation, there are far better methods than outright chip dumping, which is always shady at best irregardless of the reasons for doing so.

As far as Stars is concerned, it's not him vs him, it's him vs an account of someone else, and Stars will consider it chip-dumping and fraud.
