I am on XP - and
1 - I seem to be logged in as admin.
2- I dont see " disable User Account Control (UAC)" when i got to - Control Panel> User Accounts
3 - When I click Run as I get this, and pick Admin at the bottom:
I leave the password blank and then get this:
