Good story OP, thanks for making my day a little better. For everyone who thinks this was unnecessary act, the shooter GAVE HIM A CHANCE TO DROP THE GUN! If you want to continue to bluff your way through a situation, that's fine, but what happens when your weak 43o gets met by bullets (literally)? I too would have no problem doing the exact same thing, and although I may not sleep super well for the next week, most of it would come from the idea of retaliation, not from the fact that I had taken a life. People seem to forget that those who resort to crime don't have the best decision making processes to begin with (ldo, they're armed robbers), so what's to stop them from just deciding to cap a couple people if you just give them the money and hope they leave? Oh, that's right, they get more street cred. Quick thinking, and an excellent decision to pull the trigger, IMO.
