Who really thinks these games are loose and boring? I think I'm probably considered one of the tighter players (maybe I'm wrong) on the low limit games but my vp is closer to 30 (on 6-max anyway), and I know I would still lose money going to contributed (as this happened at AP and I lost money). I don't see myself changing my style of play just to make a few more bucks in rakeback because I would likely lose more on the tables than I would make up for in rakeback.
Also, I do believe we have lost quite a few of the regulars. Unless the aces always win promo is going we can't even keep 2 3/6 tables going anymore.
