Default Re: BODOG STOLE MY WINNINGS!!!

Hi PuertoKid,

You sound like a guy with a good heart and a logical mind. I thank you for your kindness.

If Bodog would rather confiscate my winnings rather than return them after I gave them a copy of my drivers license and a bank statement and the correct checking account number with the last digit appearing rather than the first go around when I left the last digit off. Oh one thing, this is what Bodog told me I did, I have no proof that I even made this error. None the less, I will take their word and believe I made this error.

Anyway, if they would rather confiscate my winnings rather than re-instate them and have me remain a loyal customer, then their business sense stinks. Think how much money in rakes they would have made off of me if I would have continued to play poker. And they never knew I also like to wager on sporting events which could have netted them a tidy sum had I fell into a losing streak.

Think about this, if I am an honest person as I claim to be, and I got off to a very good start in their holdem games and my intentions were strictly honorable, wouldn't you think I would be upset to learn my winnings were confiscated?

And for those who think Bohog would have been out the 100 bucks, they are very wrong. All Bohog had to do was take my Bank Verification Form and make the withdrawl and they would have had their initial 100. But they chose to keep my winnings knowing I would jump ship. Short-sighted in my humble opinion.

I got hosed and I hope they change their policy so that no one else has to go through this again.
