I just can't take it anymore. What the eff is with your statkeeping and why do you think it's to your advantage? Every hour you spend with her without closing the deal, the deeper you sink into "friend zone". That's quicksand, dude, from which few recover.

Also, after dedicating all this time to her predicament, she was short with you? One more thing that doesn't bode well.

My prediction is that you'll make up some story to placate us. I can't see you closing the deal, nor can I see you admitting that to us after all of this. Clarkmeister's able to sum up what I'm thinking better and shorter, but I just don't have his skills.
