1. Don't fold KK. See Bond's WSOP thread in MTTc about a guy who get ~80 BBs in PF w/AKo.

2. You can fold but realize you are passing up chips (which depending on other stacks and payout structure might be correct). Always make a plan for your hand ahead of time though. If you are going to raise KJ from the CO, look ahead and decide what you are going to do if each person shoves, smooth calls, etc. Not planning leaves you in these sticky spots. Also, this is one reason why Sklansky advocates stealing with junk hands rather than hands that will leave you with difficult decisions if someone re-raises.
