I've been to a lot of cities my opinion is that Philly is the biggest shithole, you may think otherwise and that's fine. Of course there are some nice places to visit downtown but for the most part it's a dump. Highest murder rate in the country.

Of course you could be talking about
this article which basically twists statistical data to find a negative thing to say.
I've been through scary parts of a couple of big cities and they are all the same. There are some really nice parts of Philly and just like every other big city, there are places you should avoid.
