I gotta say, I'm really nervous. I had requested a cashout before their servers went down, on the 28th. Then I got an email today saying I had to rerequest it, which I did, while asking them to expedite it as I had really requested it days ago (I have their email from the 28th proving it). The only response I get was kind of a bulk email saying I had to wait a couple more days, and they still haven't responded to my follow up email, below...

I'm scratching my head to see what the "better experience" could be. I still can not get a history of my real money transactions. You're not agreeing to do the right thing and expedite processing my withdrawal request that I originally made on the 28th. And, there's no support phone number to you, unlike absolutely every other major poker site out there now. Please respond to my 3 issues listed above. If you cannot, please upgrade my email to a supervisor.

Now I want to get all my money out, and can't. This is sooooo frustrating!!! If they don't give me decent customer service, I don't know what's to keep me on their site. The games WERE great, but do you think they're going under or am I being paranoid???
