Thank you. All I was trying to do was enjoy a few evenings playing internet poker for the first time. I have played Holdem for over 20 years but always at casinos.

I was lucky in that I caught a very good run of cards out of the gate and pyschologically that puts you in a great frame of mind to continue playing.

The frozen account was a real shock to me as I had no clue why my deposit didn't go through. After I filled out their Bank Verification Form, I was positive they would re-instate my account with all funds in tact. Boy was I wrong.

I would have never believed a site like theirs would keep the 500 since they stood to make so much more from my participation in their games.

I feel they should not give anyone money to play with until their funds clear the bank. That way no one gets hurt and they do not lose honest players.

What they did was wrong.

I recently deposted money at Poker Stars and was given credit to play but I am waiting until I see my withdrawl with my own eyes before I play one hand!
