Ok, just got back from a weekend apartment hunting mission. We used westsiderentals for the past couple weeks looking at different places within walking distance of the campus. We ended up going with a 1/1 on Veteran right across from Westwood Park. This better not turn into a crappy area.

All we have to do now is pass the credit check, but considering we were about to close on a condo in Atlanta when this all started I'm pretty confident we'll be approved. Also, the rent in this 1/1 is a few hundred a month more than the mortgage was going to be at the 2/2 we were about to buy. Crazy.
