Weird situation. I am guessing he was just good friends with Dustin and trusted him blindly because he had ways to "charm" others into loaning money to him.
Anyway, like others said, I would have made sure to give him "incentives" to pay me back. How can someone handle being lied to so often without doing anything (except stalking)?
