Default Re: Phil Hellmuth & Barbara Enright in Poker Hall of Fame

I don't think you guys quite understand.

Are there better players out there than Barbara Enright. Of course. Lots of them? yes.

The point is, she's a woman and with the game today, it's time a woman was in the hall of fame. Does that mean you should put someone like Jennifer Harman in? (or whoever else you think is way better, male or female)

No, Barabara Enright was playing poker back in the 80's, She's the only woman to final table the main event. She does have a big tournament history and she does have three bracelets - one of them in an open field.

Of course it was time for the WSOP hall of fame to induct a female player, and Barbara Enright is the logical choice. All the better players, both male and female can get inducted in the future. And for those who don't, too bad. You weren't a woman playing high stakes poker for the last 25 years. A feat which deserves some recognition.

This is good for poker guys.
