Maybe your group should realize that no one cares about the singing, and the fact that you *do* care does not count as a good enough reason for them to take action.

Maybe you should realize that singing was once allowed and now the owner doesn't allow it. The owner should therefor inform her entire staff of the change so they can do their jobs properly.
