ya, the owner should take half his staff off the floor, disrupt service and the flow of the night, along with giving up his notion of what he wants his restaurant to be like, since, well, you know, he is the one that is there 18 hours a day, and probably sunk his life savings into it, just so you can placate some 6 year old snot nosed kid. makes total sense.

Maybe the owner should take the entire staff aside for 30 seconds, inform them of the new "no singing policy" and then this wouldn't happen.

meh, this is just going to end up being a thread with people who actually know the restaurant industry, and the rest of you who dont understand much about it bickering back and forth. Im done with it.
