At Taj and Borgata, I'm not sure what the buy in is for 1-2 (I think it's 100-300 like you said though). 2-5 is 200-500. Borgata is the only place that typically has higher NL - for 5-10 NL, I'm not sure what the minimum is (maybe 300? 500?), but the max is $1500. They also have a 10-25 with no cap buy-in.
