My first email to them would have been:
"Hi, I just deposited $54 to my Cake Poker account (abc12345) from my bank account but the funds are not showing in my Cake account. Could you resolve this issue for me? Thanks for your help.
Sincerely, Me"
I'm not saying Cake shouldn't take any of the blame, but in general I find that starting with a friendly email works a lot better.
