if the answer to my 2 ?s is:
1) normalish (im sure this means different things for different people)

2) very rarely (~2% of their handrange each), then I'd say I'd consider not pushing once my stack was over 3k or so, and would definitely not push if my stack was over 6k (add ~10% to each of those figures if sooooooted).

EDIT: I'm assuming your oppenents play almost as well as you postflop, if they are bad postflop my numbers for pushing AK preflop drastically decrease obviously.
