Also, is it a weekly limit or what? You could always email this user, let him/her know your situation, then pay in two increments as your limit allows.

Definately pay with paypal as you get some protection, paypal generally side with the customer if there are any issues aswell

I tend to be paranoid dealing online and like to go with paypal for this reason as well.
