But the T&C are what they actually say and not what they should have said. My narrow point is that the word "uncollectible" in the context of a debt has a widely understood meaning. It means that the money owed has not been paid and is unlikely to ever be paid. That doesn't seem to be anywhere near the case here. This paragraph of the T&C does not apply to this situation.
