Speaking for the evry low limits only:

Obviously a lot more variance but they are very profitable. If you play a ton of SNGs and want to max your hourly, play them. if you just play a couple of SNGs a day you'll probably shoot yourself in the head a lot less in the normal turbos because you actually get to play some poker.
