The gist of that sounds right, too, but I'm sure the wording is different. If anyone is super curious I'm sure the people in B&M have it at their fingertips.

Its considered a definitive work of rulings for all sorts of situations. Obviously there are so many angles, many of which depend on such specifics, that nothing can be 100%, but I think most would agree that if any dispute fit Robert's Rules, then Robert's Rules would be the best solution.

Again, guys like RR in B&M would know a ton more than I do.
