I can reassure you that we have not been having difficulties with all of
our players receiving their checks. At this time there are more than
usual requests for checks and they are being processed as fast as
possible.
I can also verify that your check was mailed on June 19th and can take
up to 15 business days for delivery as it is sent USPS. With that being
said you should receive your check approximately July 10th. If you have
not received it by this time please email us back and we will look into
this further.

I have heard from many other people who have been having issues
recieving
checks in June. In fact, I have not found one U.S. customer who has
recieved
a check that was requested in June. Can you please check the actual
status
of my check. Has it been mailed? I have heard some people have had
"clerical
errors" with their checks. Please let me know if everything is ok. I am
waiting on $10,000 in checks from you, please advise.
