I'm pretty sure the idea of living on your own island is much cooler than actually living on your own island. Especially if the island in question is in Nicaragua.

However, you should buy the island, and send BBV fascinating and humourous tales of your adventures on your island with the Two horses, 12 cattle, guinee chicken, quirky locals and pirates.
