I am really unsure, its been a while since I've done the freeweight thing, not my thing really, I will provide you with the workout that I do.
1000 Pushups, 20 sets of 25 5 mega sets of 100.
1000 Situps, 20 sets of 25, 5 mega sets of 100
Done as follows. Megaset will be referred to as MS, small set as SS.

It goes on like that. Then I do 25 Pull ups, 3 sets, then do some various other workouts you'll learn in your MA classes. I also run 5 miles on MWF and swim for 1 hour straight on TuThSa. Id probably guess that I can bench around 350, DL about 450, and Squat about 700.
