From your stats it seems like you call too much preflop instead of folding or 3betting. It also looks like you aren't aggressive enough post flop, 2.5 is pretty passive for a reg. Most of the good 2/4 regs have aggressions at around 4 and higher.

I know my preflop AF is to low, i have trouble with 3 betting there because literally i get called and floated 90 percent of the time and i havent been able to get big pairs enough to make them pay..
