Default Re: how long can you run bad?

take a break, refresh yourself, and REFLECT. It's really important to determine if you're playing your best. If you're not, take a break, play some $1/$2 and win a couple buyins till you get some rhythm and some confidence back. move up when you feel better about it, keep your head up, it does pass, I "ran bad" for about 6 months once, but realized I legitimately ran bad for probably less than 1 and then played bad for another 5.

If you are playing your absolute best, take a break, refresh yourself and reflect. You said you've been playing mostly live, so maybe try playing online to switch it up, if that works for you. Most importantly, hang in there, make sure other aspects of your life are in order and try to reduce stress. Really focus on good solid poker, playing tight and in position.
