Overcalling here isn't bad but you don't call this preflop to hit a pair.
I don't like donking into a field of 3 players in a raised pot here, since you'll be easily playing for stacks if you are called. You have a nice relative position on the PFR, so let him act first and see how everybody reacts. Villain is pretty lose preflop so you might have him crushed but if he cbets and is called or even raised, I'd still let go of my hand.
As played, I am unsure. Villain is calling you down on a very dry board. He could have some kind of pair or nothing. Depends on how you perceived him during the session. If he is a donkey, take him to value-town and push. He will probably pay you of with 88-JJ, QJ, QT etc. But domination is definitely a threat here and that's why you don't play KQ oop to hit TP.
