I remember when that happened to me on an A662A board and the guy waited to type, why you gotta make us pay more rake before calling my all in on the river with AK. I had 66, we were about $800 deep @ 400nl, about 2 years ago. Made me feel so good.

Also, another time I guy did almost the exact same situation to me on a KKJJX board, we were about 2-3 buyins deep and he shoved the river to my smallish value bet and I hesitated for about 15 seconds with my KQ fearing JJ so badly before saying screw it and calling. He had AJ.
