I like calling and raising the river. Seems like his c/r on the flop is more likely to be a pair, and b/3bt the turn seems like he has two pair now. KTs is definitely in his range, but it seems strange that he would c/r the flop with that. 2 pair seems more likely, and you are only losing 1 extra bet this wa y if he 3-bets the river and the board doesnt pair.
